The Lac du Flambeau Business Development Corporation began to take shape in the year of 2012, focusing on building new and exciting business ventures for the Lac du Flambeau Tribe. Initially, our company set its sights on establishing LDF Holdings, the online lending arm of the tribe, to supply loans to underserved individuals throughout the country. Through much hard work and dedication, we grew LDF Holdings and, in turn, established and took on the additional entities that make up our company today. These entities combined have allowed the LDF BDC to contribute a larger source of revenue back to the Lac du Flambeau Tribe and its community members. In addition, these funds supplied to the community have enabled us to provide additional resources to much-needed areas within the tribe and its individual members. As we continue to grow, we focus on supporting our community through continued job growth and economic prosperity for future generations to come.
