Request for Bids: LDF Campground Septic System Replacement
The Lac du Flambeau Business Development Corporation (LDF BDC) is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement and expansion of septic systems serving the LDF Campground in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin.
The project includes replacement of the septic systems serving the campground’s large and small bathrooms and existing RV septic hookups. Work includes new septic tanks, piping, drainfields utilizing Eljen pods, filters, risers, cleanouts, excavation, backfilling, site restoration, and related installation work.
The selected contractor will also be responsible for connecting 10 additional campground sites to the new septic systems as part of the project. The bid must include a guaranteed price covering the replacement of the tanks and fields, electrical and piping to the existing bathrooms, and connections for the additional sites. The contractor will also be responsible for obtaining all necessary Tribal and other required permits.

Please clearly mark the envelope “CAMPGROUND SEALED BID.” Faxed bids will not be accepted.
Native American preference will be given in accordance with the requirements outlined in the full RFP. Qualified Native American-owned firms seeking preference must provide appropriate documentation and indicate their request for preference within their bid.

Request for Bids: LP Gas Supply 2026–2027
The Lac du Flambeau Business Development Corporation (LDF BDC) is accepting sealed bids from qualified companies to provide approximately 60,000 gallons of pre-purchased LP Gas for LDF BDC business entities.
The contract period will begin October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and continue until the pre-purchased LP Gas is exhausted.
The selected provider must be able to promptly fill designated LDF BDC LP tanks as requested and provide delivery tickets, invoices, and monthly statements in a timely manner. The LP Gas will serve multiple LDF BDC properties and business entities throughout the Lac du Flambeau area.
LDF BDC is seeking a guaranteed fixed price per gallon for the full 60,000-gallon pre-purchase. The quoted price must include delivery to LDF BDC entities, with no additional surcharges or delivery charges assessed for the duration of the pre-buy.
